God this is good!

I am talking about my lunch!  It's incredible!

Good day today so far... drinking water.

Today's weight - 169.6 (at least it's under 170!)
Goal weight - 165

Breakfast - the usual
Snack - egg whites
Lunch - a handful of shrimp, 1/2 a chopped avocado, 1 chopped tomato, some lettuce leaves... don't know?  spring mix maybe, some chick peas (although these could be omitted).  Squeezed a little lime on there and voila... an amazing lunch!
Sweaty and nasty after KB last night... but feeling good!
