Back to Reality!

Okay... I'm really struggling here... It's post Maui and I am "up" 7.2 lbs from my comfortable weight.  I can feel it in my clothes.  It doesn't feel good.  I haven't been working out, my schedule is crazy, I'm accountable to no one... In fact, I ate three donuts yesterday.  I'm like a total addict right now.  I NEED to get back off gluten and dairy - I feel so, so, so much better when I do!  So... in the theme of beating the OLD ME, I need to get back to reality and realize that I do not want to get fat again by Christmas.... like I have for the last five years...

Here's today's diet:

Breakfast: 250ml skim milk (I am out of coconut... grocery day is FRIDAY), protien powder, one banana, cocoa, instant coffee, and a tsp of sun butter... I am LOVING the sunbutter.

1 black coffee

Snack - 4 egg whites w/ a bit of salt

Lunch - chickpea salad with a chunk of roasted chicken (from Safeway... not the best option, but better than the chips, chocolate, and croissants I've been eating)

Snack - 1/2 of a huge apple!!!!

Dinner - Ugh... It was Nate's birthday today, so his choice was McDonald's.  Not gonna lie, I was sooooooo tempted to have the McChicken... but I had a Santa Fe Salad instead.  It was really, really good... got me thinking about it all day today.

Of course I had cake.... I didn't really even want it, but I ate it anyway....

Proud of one thing though - I did not come home rooting around the house for more crap to eat.  I stuck to my guns and did not snack tonight!  Yay me!  One small accomplishment...

Dec 1 goal weight - 165

First day of clean eating in about two months.... And tomorrow I am back to kickboxing!!!!  Here we go!!!!!
