This time of year is soooooooooooooo hard for me.... There's a ton of birthdays in my family in October - 11 to be precise... it's hard to stay eating clean when there is all that cake around! Then there's Thanksgiving, add a surgery in there, and Halloween... Holy Shit it's hard! BUT, no excuses, I have to get back to my comfy weight before the Xmas season starts or I will end up where I was last year! (30lbs overweight and working my ass off to get rid of it!).
So, I'm starting over for the third time this year, but hey, at least I haven't given up which is where I am normally at....
Today - forgot to weigh... what????
Goal weight - December 1st = 165lbs
Breakfast - the shake (see previous) - tired of writing this out.
Snack - egg whites and a plum
Lunch - A can of tune mixed with some Waldon Farms' honey mustard dressing (have you tried this?? It's amazing - calorie free vinegar based) and some salad. Yummy!
Snack... I forgot one
Dinner - 1/2 cup oats mixed with a handful each of raisins, real coconut, chia seed, hemp hearts and a bit of coconut sugar. Mmmmmmm, I LOVE this!
Workout - I kickboxed like a crazy lady last night and loved every minute of it!!!!
Then............. I got home and sweet Matty had made popcorn for me... with butter.... a whole bowl of it. Why don't I have any willpower to say NO? I ate it... all of it...... Ugh....
That's a HUGE plate of food.... but it was sooooooooo good!
Eye surgery, still healing but definitely wasn't interested in eating properly while this was taking place!
