Day 2.... Uh oh...

This is going to be my food journal... the good, the bad, and the ugly!

It's day 2 of my new meal plan:

Meal 1: 250ml coconut milk, 1 scoop of Vega protein powder, 1/2 tsp cocoa, 1/2 tsp instant coffee, 1 tsp sun butter, a little squirt of Agave (if not, this shake is B-L-A-N-D).

Meal 2: I pre-cooked an omelet in the oven.... Wow, Deanna wants me to eat 8 egg whites as one serving of protein.... I might puke.  LOL.  So, I mixed 32 egg whites with green and red peppers and red onion and a sprinkle of salt and threw it in a baking pan - baked for 35 minutes.  Then I cut it into squares - 4 = 8 egg whites each.  Holy moly!  I ate this with a cup of fresh pineapple.  And I am still hungry... WTH???

Meal 3: 1 gluten free wrap with 2 oz turkey, lettuce, red onion, 1/2 tomato, 1/3 avacado.  This was disgusting - I hated the wrap.  In fact, it fell apart.  No more of that!  Then I tried to eat another 4 oz of turkey but I couldn't do it... I think I ate 3.

Meal 4:  6 oz of salmon made into two salmon patties.  There is an egg white in there and some onion and garlic.

Meal 5:  OH FUCK!  I screwed up on Day 2!!!  Are you kidding me???  I had four kids in my care tonight - my own two plus David and Kamryn.  It was a rough night - David was emotional because he got blamed for wrecking another kids ipad.  I realized I did not have enough supper for all of these kids at home!  I was planning to eat leftovers but forgot I was going to have four kids tonight!  Okay... let's go to DQ.  I didn't plan to eat... but I was sooooooooooo hungry!!!  So, I had a kids meal - cheeseburger and fries.  I felt so sick tonight I thought I was going to die.  So, I ate some dried apples which I know are not the best choice but I didn't want to reach for the chocolate after the DQ....

Enough is enough!!  On to Day 3.....
